SERVICE REFUND POLICY

All services rendered to you which include but not limited to selection of wedding date, baby naming, childbirth date selection, house moving date, office moving date etc. and books, magazines, fengshui features, tickets, courses, seminars purchased from our website are strictly non-refundable in whatsoever circumstances.

GOODS REFUND POLICY

All goods are only refundable or exchanged if proven received with quality problem.

CUSTOM MADE items are NOT REFUNDABLE.

ALL refund or exchange MUST be requested within 14 DAYS after receiving.

NO refund or exchange request will be entertained after 14 DAY of receiving.

ONE TIME Shipping Cost will be borne by CUSTOMER for all returning process.

Depending on the level of damage, the Company will provide up to either One for One exchange or a Full Refund.

ENGAGEMENT IN PERSONAL CAPACITY

In the event that you are engaging the Company’s administrative team, employees, trainers, instructors (the Company’s team) in personal capacity without the knowledge of the Company, it is understood that if you use the information or contact details in this website or its related websites to directly engage the consultation services offered by any of our Company’s team, the services rendered to you is in their personal or private capacities. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any arrangement negotiated between you and the individual party concerned and the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages incurred or alleged to be incurred with regard to such an engagement.
